WEATHER INFLUENCE ON THE ACCUMULATION AND CONTENT OF ASCORBIC ACID IN PEACH FRUITS

The results of biochemical studies on the quantitative content ascorbic acid and dry matter in fruit pulp Persica vulgaris (Mill.) are presented. Biochemical analyzes were carried out 2017-2020 Laboratory Physiology Biochemistry Plants Subtropical Scientific Center Russian Academy Sciences peach varieties different ripening dates cultivated subtropical zone Krasnodar Territory. One micronutrients that has a powerful antioxidant function helps neutralize free radicals cells is vitamin C. objects research 14 varieties: Redhaven, Krasnaya Zarya (Redhaven clone), Collins, Maycrest, Dixired, Veteran, Favorit Morettini, June, Maria Serena, Ukrainian, Larisa, Fayette, Glorious. It been revealed C fruits depends weather conditions, place growth, time varietal characteristics. analysis shown differences that, basically, early (Collins, Spring call, Serena) have low 8.10– 10.40 mg% compared to control Redhaven variety. Zarya, high 13.44–17.54 mg%. Indications ranged from 7.21–28.0%, which indicate quality, transportability keeping quality.
